working together
I work with clients online and in-person to optimise their health and fertility and achieve their goals through personalised, strategic nutrition and lifestyle changes.
The first step in working together is a free call to briefly discuss where you are in your fertility journey, your presenting symptoms and concerns. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about how I work and to see if we are the right fit for each other. If you would like to go ahead with a consultation and I believe I am the right person to support you, we can discuss which package is the most appropriate for your situation.
In-person consultations are held in the Málaga area and I am able to conduct consultations in either English or Spanish depending on personal preference.
3-month fertility programme
investment:
for couples: 3 × £375 monthly payments
for individuals (donor, fet support, pmos, endometriosis): 3 × £300 monthly payments
My 3-month fertility programme is designed to support couples (or individuals in the case of donor or FET support, or for women with complex fertility-related conditions like endometriosis or PMOS) who are experiencing difficulties conceiving or who want to optimise their fertility to prepare for conception, either naturally or ahead of treatment. Both male and female factors are equally important in fertility outcomes, with recent research indicating that the male partner may be involved in up to 50% of infertility cases, therefore, working together will give us the best chance of success.
We will work on optimising areas such as egg and sperm quality, supporting hormonal balance and addressing underlying nutrient deficiencies utilising evidence-based, targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
What´s included:
Thorough case history-taking and analysis of both partners
An initial 120 min in-depth consultation with both partners (where applicable)
7 x follow-up consultations
Bi-weekly check-in calls to keep you on track with the recommendations
Ongoing support and guidance via Whatsapp between sessions
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle protocol for both partners
Tailored supplement plan, with 10% practitioner discount on recommended supplements
Coaching in behaviour change to help you make changes in a way that works for you long-term
Support with any testing recommended and interpretation of results*
Collaboration with your GP or other practitioners, as required
Support with shopping, meal planning, recipes and inspiration
*The cost of recommended testing is not included, however, the NHS will be utilised where possible and budget can be discussed during our discovery call.
During our first consultation together, I´ll take a thorough case history of both you and your partner (if applicable), where we will discuss your current symptoms, health history and your fertility journey to date. We´ll talk about your diet, movement, your home and work environment, how you sleep, what you do to relax, how you cook and more.
Following on from this, I will recommend testing where necessary to support us in identifying factors that may be impacting your fertility, such as nutritional or hormonal imbalances, inflammation, oxidative stress and microbiome health. Tests may include a comprehensive thyroid panel, reproductive microbiome and male fertility testing.
You will receive a strategic plan incorporating personalised nutritional and lifestyle guidance and a supplement protocol, with a focus on rebalancing your body, targeting specific areas as needed, and supporting your reproductive health overall.
During our follow-up consultations, we will review how you are feeling following the changes made so far, continue to implement the recommendations, discuss any test results, highlight and work through any barriers identified, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan moving forwards.
foundations review
The Foundations Review is for you if you are thinking about trying for a baby and want to understand if your current diet and lifestyle are supportive, and be guided with any changes you could make to optimise your health and fertility ahead of time.
This review may not be for you if have been trying for some time without success, have had a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility”, or you or your partner are already aware of challenges that may be impacting your fertility, such as a hormonal imbalance like PMOS, low sperm count, or recurrent loss. My aim is to identify the root cause of your fertility concerns, which requires in-depth analysis, potentially including further testing, and then put into action nutrition and lifestyle changes to optimise your health and fertility. The Foundations Review is unlikely to be sufficient to achieve this given the limited time available. In such cases, I recommend my 3-month Fertility Programme.

frequently asked questions
why do you only offer packages?
I take a science-backed, root-cause, no-stone-left-unturned approach, working to understand what is really going on for you and, then, based on what we have uncovered, I create a personalised, strategic protocol to work towards achieving your goal. And this is where the work begins on your part - understanding what we have found out, putting into action the recommended changes, making any adjustments as we move forwards..
As I´m sure you can appreciate, this is just not possible in a single or handful of consultations. My packages acknowledge that making nutritional and lifestyle changes takes time and commitment from both my clients and myself. My aim is to give you the best possible chance of making a baby and, for that, we need some time.
Why 3 months?
It takes 3 months for an egg to mature and the timeframe is only slightly less for sperm. During this time, the egg and sperm are most susceptible to influence from their environment, meaning it is the perfect opportunity to optimise their quality with nutrition and lifestyle changes. And when it comes to other areas that we may be working on together, such as optimising nutrient status, improving gut function and addressing hormonal imbalances, these can take some time and may require some changes to protocols as we move forwards.
I know 3 months can seem like a long time when you´re on this journey – I´ve been there - but our aim here is not only to see that blue line, but to have a healthy pregnancy and baby at the end of it.
What actually is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy takes an individual´s current signs and symptoms, health and family history, diet and lifestyle, and preferences, and uses the latest scientific research to provide a personalised approach to health, focusing on specific health goals. As qualified Nutritional Therapists, we take a functional medicine approach, working to identify the root cause of health challenges and using food, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation to support the body´s functions and regain balance.
Nutritional therapy is not a quick fix and you won´t be given a strict diet to stick to. This is very much a collaborative process, where we work together to understand what is going on for you and what changes we need to make to achieve and support an optimal fertility environment and long-term health.
We work in conjunction with, and alongside, other healthcare professionals, such as your GP, consultant or fertilityclinic, to ensure that everything we do compliments any medical treatments.
